We are dancing on a beautiful line of stretching the comfort zone just enough while still having your nervous system feel safe. That's why we go through the "Establishing the root" course before we brighten the light of your essence on a weekly basis.
The 2 week preparation time is there to get your vessel ready for the deep work. We establish a foundation of self love through meditation, practices & a clearing of the physical vessel.
We are clearing deep sexual wounding. The sacral is the portal of creation and the root is what foundational key to birth creations. These are the Energy Centers we will be working with mostly, this is were the deepest wounding and oldest distortions are found. These centers also respond on a slower level, which means they require integration time. To establish the golden womb takes years (I am not saying this as a means to discourage) we are laying foundations, or work on the foundation you have already laid.
