I spent my last birthday's crying, alone, or with people that coulnd't see me, without my Mama Heike who was born on the same exact date, I spent my birthday's without recognition or adoration, on mattresses on the floor or around people who didn't see how precious I am (because I didn't) & yo Alexander came along & made my life as sweet as tupelo honey, but he isn't a specialist in planning birthday surprises that match what Babygirl really dreams of, you know?
Besides there is just some things only women get, we know best how we want to revere & honor the life already lived & the journey ahead.
So I'm not gonna pretend this ain't about me but it's equally as much about you!
This is going to be the reconciliation for all of our Birthday's that ever sucked.

The space
Halcyon Hideaway consists of two structures, the main house and a second building with a private yoga studio / group dining area / kids TV zone and a separate door for the unforgettable, custom sauna. You have full, exclusive access to the entire property. Designed with a warm, modern aesthetic, every detail has been considered to promote relaxation. The 4 stylish bedrooms are efficiently laid out and include comfy tuft & needle mattresses, plush linens and black out shades for a restful stay. The vision behind the architecture was to encourage guests to gather in the chef's kitchen and 3 dining areas. The generous, sunken living room has a Zellige tile floor, lofted ceiling height and oversized glass to capture the views of the joshua trees, national park entrance and surrounding mountains.
